First time visitors to Arizona. The guesthouse was a great retreat from the cold and Carol was so welcoming. So glad we were able to stay there. We parked in her carport and had private access to the guesthouse, pool, large yard, gazebo covered area and BBQ. The guesthouse was clean, quiet, comfortable and cozy for two. It had everything you needed for cooking and making yourself comfortable.
It is close to downtown and the light rail. Restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment were near by. Some within walking distance. Lastly we could never forget Macy (her dog). She was so much fun and entertainment. Always felt safe with her around. Would highly recommend this property for booking.
