This neighborhood was established in 1928 and features large estate homes on lush 1/2 acre lots. The guesthouse was recently remodeled and expanded with new appliances, flooring, furniture & fixtures and includes oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer in unit, coffeemaker, toaster, glasses, dishes, cookware and all towels and linens. This year we replaced the wall air conditioning unit with a mini-split that heats in the winter and cools in the summer. We continue to update furniture, linens and towels every year. If you don’t see it, just ask for it. Owners are on the property in main house and available to make the guest house your home during your stay. Super clean and well maintained! TV with streaming apps including YouTubeTV, which has local and cable channels. WIFI included. Backyard gazebo, propane gas grill/BBQ, pool area, and all amenities available for guests.
Guesthouse situated on private, fully fenced and gated, 1/2 acre lot with private unheated pool just off your backdoor. Beautiful mature trees and landscaping with flowering gardens fall through spring. Ideal, cozy retreat whether you’re vacationing or need a temporary corporate apartment.
