I stayed in the guesthouse while in Phoenix for business, great place, ideal location. Rode the light rail directly to the downtown conference center, modern, clean, convenient transit system, just a very short walk from the guesthouse. Wonderful gourmet grocer, with an extensive deli, easy walk from the guest house. Even took a yoga class from the neighborhood yoga studio. Many good restaurants within just a few blocks. I would recommend this property to a friend or family member.
