The “casita” was so convenient to the light rail (I was attending a conference). My hotel-staying colleagues were jealous of our private pool, gazebo with grill, full kitchen, and off-street parking! The owner was helpful and included many amenities, including a W/D and iron.
The location was quiet and convenient to grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s and AJ’s) and several restaurants for a quick bite after a long day. We had a car, and it was easy to get to the major routes to do some sightseeing. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we travel to Phoenix!
